Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before the Batch Starts

Full refund of the program fee if you cancel at least 7 days before your batch start date. (Placeholder policy.)

After the Batch Starts

Cancellations within the first week of the program are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future batch. After the first week, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future batch at the team’s discretion.

Email ceo@voxen.in or WhatsApp +91 88849 53515 with your name, program and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
